Review Fitness offers a Personal Training service based in Brighton & Hove. For those looking to improve health, lose weight or keep fit. Whether you have been in training and are just looking for that extra bit of guidance to meet your goals or you’re a complete novice and want to shed a few pounds, a Personal Trainer is an ideal way to get back on the road to physical fitness.

 

As a Personal Trainer, my aim is to help people improve their physical fitness. With some hard work, structured training & nutrition we can meet your goals.

I take pride in helping and guiding you throughout the training process so that you can reach your goal.

 

After training and following my program, you will have more energy, feel happier and confident. One important lesson that I've learned is that self love is the greatest gift a person could give to themselves. Learning to love ourselves is what we live for. This self love will express itself as confidence, a glowing aura, good health, and attract loving partners.

At Review Fitness the individual needs & goals of a client is taken very seriously. That’s why each of his clients receive a dedicated training program tailored to them as an individual. Some people get a personal trainer to lose weight others to improve general fitness, whatever the needs.

Skype Training

 

Fit your training in with your lifestyle with no need to leave the house. Face to Face training via Skype is the new way to train. A simple Skype call connects you with your PT from then on it’s time to work. You will be guided through your workout as if your PT was in the room with you.

The Gift of Health

 

Need that special gift for a loved one, or just want to surprise a friend. Review Fitness now offers Fitness Vouchers. Vouchers can be purchased in sessions or in time. A personal training session is the building blocks for anybody who is looking to get in shape or just in need of a confidence boost. 

Skype Or Phone Consultation

 

Price Varies depending on time of coaching. Sessions can range from 1 to 2 hours.
Usually most clients need 2 to 3 sessions to get them started. Skype/ Phone consultations include advice on strength training, diet, nutrition, and supplementation. I will personally help you achieve your goals by providing a customise training program and a meal plan.
